Signing 25k Clients (And 6 Things You Need to Do First!)

What would your life be like if you could sign 25k clients in your business with ease?

No matter how far away that feels to you right now, I promise you that it IS possible. I coach and mentor online service providers and coaches to charge high-ticket prices, and for many of my clients signing $25k clients is their new normal. Really!

But in order for them to get to that point, there is some upfront legwork required. Read on to learn about six steps you must complete BEFORE signing your first $25k client.

What’s Considered a High Ticket Offer?

A high ticket offer is a service you’ve packaged together and sell to prospective clients for $7K or more.

To show you just how effective high-ticket offers can be, let’s look at a little example.

Say you have a coaching program that’s $25k for six months.

If you were to enrol just five clients in your program, you’d be making $125k in just six months.

On the other hand, if you charge just $2.5k for your coaching program, you’d have to find 50 people to take your coaching program to generate the same amount of revenue in six months.

What do you think is easier – finding 5 high-ticket clients or 50 lower-priced clients?

I can assure you, the high-ticket clients are an easier bet.

You might be looking at this example and charging $25k still feels way too high for you.

If that’s the case, you might want to play with the idea of a $15K offer. If you have nine clients at $15k, you would be generating $135k in just six months.
Not bad right?!

Again, these are just numbers, but I want you to start imagining this for yourself and your business.

If you’re still newer in business, these figures might come as a shock for you. In my own business, I have clients who are experiencing these numbers for themselves.

And what they’ve shared with me is that selling at a higher price point for their services was actually MUCH easier for them.

Rather than pricing your services at a lower value and having to get more people to sign to hit your financial goals, you just need a select group of clients to reach your desired income.

Do you think it’s easier to work with clients this way? Of course!

But first, there are six things you need to do beforehand that can get you premium clients at this level.

Let’s get into them so you can bring more ease and revenue into your business while working with FEWER clients. 👇🏽

1. Have a Solid Idea of Who Your Ideal Client Is

The foundation needed in order to sign high-end clients is to have total clarity of who your ideal client is. You need to know *exactly* what kind of client would be the perfect fit for your high-value offer.

This is especially important if you’re trying to secure a $25k deal.

Knowing who your ideal clients are will help you strategize your marketing efforts and deliver the best content to those you’re trying to target. It’s going to be tough to move on to the next five important steps if you don’t have this downpat!

2. Get Clear On Your Positioning and Messaging

If you want to work with high-end clients then you must understand positioning. Positioning is how people perceive your specific brand in the marketplace.

In order to funnel leads and clients into your high-ticket offer, you need to position your service differently than regular or low-ticket offers.

The key to securing those premium clients is to position yourself as the go-to expert in your particular field or niche. It should differentiate you from your competitors and show why you’re the person for the job. When you position yourself correctly in the marketplace, you’ll overcome any resistance to your high-ticket prices.

Your messaging reinforces your positioning. These are the messages and statements you repeat in your content, your website and your sales calls you use to describe your company and how you fit into the marketplace.

3. Be Specific About the Transformation Your Client Will Go Through

The third step is getting specific about the transformation your client will achieve with your support. In other words, what is the result your client will get from hiring you?

Let’s use myself as an example. I support my clients to create, price and sell a high-ticket offer within six weeks. When I say high-ticket offer, I mean an offer that’s $10k+. So it’s very clear and tangible for the clients exactly what they will achieve when they work with me – the ability to charge $10k+ for their services within just 6 weeks.

Can I guarantee those results? No. However, around 95% of my clients reach those results, and some of them end up charging much more.

You have to be crystal clear about what your ideal clients will get when they work with you.

For example, in the past I worked previously with an interior designer. For her, the transformation she provides is that she helps her clients transform their homes into elegant spaces.

She ONLY wants to work with people that want their house to be elegant looking. If they don’t want an elegant theme, she won’t work with them. She doesn’t do every kind of style and she doesn’t work with just any kind of homeowner – she specifically targets ONE type of client and provides them with a tangible transformation.

4. Have a System That Provides You With Leads

Leads are the life force of any business! In order to find the perfect leads for your high-ticket offer, you want to develop a lead-generation system.

Whether your business generates leads through outreach, email marketing, social media, or any other way to kickstart the flow of new clients, be sure the leads are the right kind of client for you and your services.

5. Dial-in Your Sales Process

The final point is that you want to have your sales process dialed in. This is key in order to filter out candidates that aren’t a perfect fit to work with you.

If you are charging $25k for your services, you want to be SURE you’re able to help those who pay your high-ticket prices. While yes, the client has to do the work to get the results, you should feel fairly confident that you can help them and they will be able to achieve the transformation you promise.

If you have any hesitation that that person or business owner is not a perfect fit, then it’s better not to make an invitation to work with you.

Are You Ready For a 25k Client?

If you already have some business experience, or you’re running a business and want to sign clients at a $25K level, here are 3 questions to consider if you’re ready or not.

Are you open to receiving at this level? Another way to say this is are you open to simplifying your business? Instead of enrolling 50 clients in six months, would you be willing to enroll only five or six clients?

Do you already have a high ticket offer that’s tailored for your client? Does your offer match up to an amazing result or transformation that your client is valuing at this price point?

Do you feel confident about charging at this level? Oftentimes, when clients are NOT confident, they try to add more and more things to their packages to try and “justify” the new price. However, this only overwhelms the client. Remember, the goal is to get the client the best results while making it as easy as possible for them.
