Decision

Like all things in life, a decision is the first step towards remarkable change. Unfortunately, businesses are often run on autopilot, doing what has worked in the past while achieving little to no forward momentum.

In order to get the ball rolling, you need to make the choice to be intentional about your goals and the actions you need to take to achieve them. You need to make the decision to uplevel and go the extra mile to deliver more value, charging appropriately, without burning yourself out. 

Integrity

Being unmistakably honest while acting within your morals and values provides a solid foundation for doing business. The sincerity that you show your clients, employees, and contractors should be equal to that which you show yourself. If you have been undercharging for a long time then you have not shown integrity towards yourself.
